Executive Director
Beth has taken over operations as Creating HOPE the new TEAM Consulting. Beth has been leading the team for the past 5 years and has over 15 years of service to the company. She resides in Belmont County where she leads her staff in providing services that integrate clients in to society and assures they are healthy and safe.
Karen is the Founder of TEAM Consulting / Creating HOPE. She is a Yoga instructor and Holistic Health Practitioner and Life Coach. Vocational Specialist by trade.
Creating HOPE was a life long dream that has developed into a Holistic Life style that will now be shared with everyone who wants to become more mindful and live a more relaxed life. Karen has two children and Four grandsons that have made her life complete.

Shana is a 2017 graduate of the Houston School of Massage and currently moved back to Ohio. Shana is also a 2006 graduate of Muskingum College in Criminal Justice and Sociology
Shana enjoys travel and spending time with her friends and family. She recently had her first baby and serves as our Human Rights Officer
